2. Data collected when visiting the shop

When you access our shop, your browser automatically transmits technical data to our server, which is temporarily stored (log files):

- IP address, date and time of access
- Page accessed, referrer URL
- Browser type, operating system, provider

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the operation and security of the shop). The data is not used to identify individuals and is deleted after 30 days at the latest.

3. Order processing

When you place an order with us, we process the following data to fulfil the contract:

- Name, delivery address, email address
- Order details, payment information

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfilment). Tax-relevant data is stored in accordance with statutory retention obligations (10 years); all other data is deleted once the statutory retention periods have expired.

4. Payment service providers

We use the following providers for payment processing:

Your data is passed on to these providers exclusively for payment processing purposes, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

5. Shipping providers

To deliver your order, we transmit your name and delivery address to the relevant shipping provider (e.g. DHL, Hermes). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. Cookies and consent

Our shop uses technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the shop (e.g. shopping cart, session). These are set without consent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing), we obtain your consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner on our website.

7. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. GA4 analyses the use of our shop and helps us improve it. Among other things, page views, time spent on site and conversion events (e.g. completed orders) are recorded.

Your IP address is anonymised before being transmitted to Google (IP anonymisation active). Google also processes the data in the USA; the transfer takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Google Ads / conversion tracking

We use Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) to place advertisements and to track whether a purchase was completed after a click on an ad (conversion tracking). The data collected for this purpose is anonymous and does not allow us to identify individual persons.

9. Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)

We use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. The Meta Pixel allows us to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to build audiences for advertising purposes (remarketing). Usage data and conversion events are transmitted to Meta in this process. Meta also processes this data in the USA.

10. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been resolved, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.

11. Withdrawal function

From 19 June 2026, we offer an electronic withdrawal function. To process a withdrawal, we collect your order number and email address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).

12. Shopify as a platform

Our shop is operated on the Shopify platform (Shopify International Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). As a processor, Shopify processes technical data required to operate the shop on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
